DSL SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE

This is an advanced notice of a scheduled maintenance on our DSL lines that will happen during the night between thursday and friday.

WHEN?
Date: Friday, 03/26/2010
Start time: 12:00 AM MST (midnight Thursday night)
End time: 7:00 AM MST

WHY?
Qwest will be upgrading the Denver LATA 656 from the current DS3 to the OC3. 

WHO WILL BE AFFECTED?
Only DSL subscribers will be affected for the duration of the maintenance. Dialup customers, email services, and hosting will not be affected.

HOW LONG?
This process takes 4 to 6 hours to complete.  Customers will lose their connection at the start of the upgrade and come back up throughout the operation window as they get moved onto the OC3.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?
Your service should come back up automatically after the maintenance is complete.
If your DSL connection is still down after 6AM, please power-cycle your DSL modem (unplug the power cord from the back of your modem for 30 seconds, then plug it back in) to restore connectivity.
